Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome (POTS) is a condition that affects how the body regulates heart rate and blood flow when changing positions, especially from sitting or lying down to standing. Instead of adjusting smoothly, the body overcompensates—causing the heart to beat much faster and often leading to symptoms like dizziness, fatigue, and brain fog.
